Q: What are your premade sets?
A: Our premade sets do NOT mean they are premade and ready to go out..but they are for those who are either indecisive on what colors to choose or those who want a specific look.
Q: Can I buy for example the Emily The Strange set and have different colors instead?
A: Yep! Just note in the comments that you'd like to do so!
Q: What does "Turnaround Time" mean?
A: Basically that is when we will get to your set approx. So if the current turnaround time is approx. 4 weeks that is when we should be getting to it. This is due to how many orders we have.
Q:
I used a coupon code in the shopping cart and it displays the amound taken off incorrectly / says it's not valid?
A: We are aware of this issue. This is some sort of bug in the shopping cart I can't seem to get rid of but rest assured after the coupon code is applied and you are going to the paypal page, it should rectify itself there. Sorry! :(
Q: The coupon code states it's not a valid coupon?
A: Most of our coupon codes are lowercase and case sensitive. So try using just lowercase!
Q: When I try to type comments in the comments box in checkout it shows up white on white? I CANT SEE WHAT IM TYPING!
A: Another bug I am trying to rectify..but we still get them on our end...black on white.
Q: I ordered so-so date and it's past the turnaround time! What gives? Did you rip me off of my hard earned money?!
A: No! Sometimes we fall a little behind..sometimes a lot behind depending on these factors:
1: Season (holidays are huge and therefore the turnaround time exceeds us sometimes)
2:
Customers paid for express (customers for a fee can "cut in line" and get their dreads a little sooner if possible if they need it for a specific date, etc etc)
So rest assured we DID NOT steal your money. We are only two people and can only work so fast! :)
Q: I chose overnight shipping and it's not here today! You liars!
A: Overnight shipping the the option that we use when the set is actually done and made. It does NOT mean that it will be shipped by tommorrow, or that you will get it tommorrow. Think about it..you order such and such falls..how am I supposed to know what colors you ordered before you order them? Nothing, unless in our Ready To Ship catagory, is ready to be shipped because I unfortunatly do not have mental powers to know what colors you want.
Q: How long does it take for me to get my dreads/goggles after they are mailed?
A: Good Question! Depending on what source of shipping you opted for it can range from overnight delivery - 5 business days.
Q: I didn't get a receipt of my order from the website. Did you get it?
A:
Sometimes our website decides to eat receipts for you the valued customer and doesnt send em. But we get your order none the less!
Q: Your taking too long/I dont need it now/ I want a refund.
A: There are no refunds once payment is made. This is because when your order comes in, I buy the hair needed for it from the money paid with. Plus time and labor. So if I already bought the hair and supplies, then you want money back, It would be coming out of my pocket and I can't do that. Very sorry!
Q: I lost my password for my account on your website! Can you retreive it?
A: Unfortunatly no we can't. I don't see the passwords because I have them encrypted to where even I can't see em! But there's good news! You can use the "Forgot your password?" option under the "My Account" in the shopping cart ;)
Q: Do you sell my information or use my credit card/PayPal info?!
A: Absolutly not! We do NOT sell any of your information nor can we see your credit card information because all of our credit card sales are done through PayPal! So your safe ;)
Q: I sent you an email and it's been 1 - 2 days now and no reply.
A: We check our email as often as we can and answer as swiftly as possible. We generally try to check it everyday! But sometimes we get so caught up with working on your sets and orders that we do not have time to sit down and check them until later or the next day. But we generally answer every single email we get!
Q: Can I submit photos of my order?
A: Yes! We will add you to our ever growing catalog of awesomeness! :D
