How much does shipping cost?
Our Shipping charges start at only $4.95 for orders sent within the United States, $10.00 for Canada and $18.00 for all other countries. Final shipping charges are based on weight of the products and is calculated upon checkout.
Do you ship worldwide?
Absolutely, if you have an address we can get it to you! All international packages are sent with tracking and customs information for a safe and secure arrival at your country of residence. All international orders are marked as either commercial samples or gifts with a low declared value to avoid customs/duty fees. In the event that you choose to add insurance and the full value must be declared, the customer is responsible for any duties or taxes imposed by your country.
What Delivery Companies do you use?

All shipping is done via the USPS (United States Postal Service), foreign and domestic. On the day your order ships, you will receive an automatic update via e-mail detailing what was shipped, Method of shipping, and the tracking/customs information.

*We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, unless additional Insurance is purchased.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times are dependant on the method of delivery you choose during checkout. We currently offer the following Domestic methods and International methods:

  • Domestic US Shipping
    • Parcel Post - 2 to 10 days
    • Priority Mail - 1 to 3 days
    • Express Mail - 1 to 2 days
  • Foreign Shipping
    • Priority Mail International - 6 to 10 days
    • Express Mail Internatonal(EMS) - 5 days
    • Global Express Guaranteed - 1 to 3 days
 

Do I have to be home for delivery?

Due to problems with past missing shipments, we ship all packages with delivery confirmation... meaning there is an online record of delivery.

If you chose Express Mail or Global Express Guaranteed then USPS will attempt to obtain a signature at the time of delivery. We are sorry, but we do not have any way to give special delivery instructions to the shipping company and any such instructions will be ignored. USPS will usually make several attempts to deliver your package. They will also leave a notice of their attempts to deliver at the delivery address give you a telephone number to call for pick-up or instructions on how to arrange an alternate delivery. It is the customers responsibility to arrange for package pick-up if necessary.

If you chose Any other method then no one has to be there to sign for the package. the package will be left along with your normal mail delivery. In the case thatthe package was too large to fit with your normal mail delivery, please call your local post for arrangements. Your carrier will leave you notification if your package was unable to be left at the address.

Do you offer Rush Processing?

We currently offer rush service on a case by case basis. If you request that your order be shipped sooner than our availability states, please send us an email before the order is placed so that we can determine if your deadline is possible. We do our absolute best to ship orders within the time constraints. Bear in mind that almost every item on the site is custom made to order and some dates are just not possible. For every deadline we accept, it affects the way we fill orders and increases wait times for others. Please be courteous and only request this when you really need it.

Do you accept returns?

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. According to the Federal laws and health regulations you cannot return hair products. On rare occasion, we may issue partial or full refunds for faulty merchandise at our discretion, but require by law, that the piece is returned to us so that it can be inspected and destroyed. Return refunds will not be granted if the product appears to be used, tampered with, or altered in anyway. We adhere to these strict policies with respect to hair returns, hygeine concerns and federal law.

Can I exchange my product?

Exchanges will only be accepted only if you received an incorrect or defective item and if the package is not altered in any way. Only for authorized and approved items, a duplicate replacement item will be shipped in exchange.

Due to the personal nature of custom pieces, we adhere to a strict policy with regard to exchange merchandise. All items sent to us for exchange will be inspected thoroughly. We will only accept returns in the original unaltered packaging with the packaging intact as it was sent to you. If the packaging was damaged by the shipping company and unusable please notify us of this in your exchange request. IF THE ITEM IS REMOVED AND USED, WE WILL NOT APPROVE ANY REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES for the merchandise. Handling includes combing, brushing, washing, dying, curling, braiding, spraying, wearing, dropping, etc. If such an item is returned to us, the item will be held for 10 days pending the customers payment of shipping charges to have it returned to them. 

We must be able to confirm receipt of item(s) sent to us for exchange. We recommend you use a shipping service with delivery confirmation or tracking service. We assume no responsibility for lost shipments. We will not reimburse your cost to send an exchange item back to us except in the case of mis-shipment. We will gladly exchange or replace any item shipped in error. If we shipped the wrong item or something is missing, we will re-ship it at our expense using the same method of shipping. You must notify us of any incorrect or missing items within 5 days after receipt of your shipment.
